There are 7 months, 18 days, 12 hours and oh about 22 seconds until Bush hands over the Presidency (who's counting anyway?) but it seems he already feels like celebrating. Check out this congratulatory chest bump with a graduating cadet of the Air Force Academy just yesterday. IMO, Bush is probably like, fuck it, I'm out of here in less than a year. I'm gonna act like a total douche and really ice this cake.
